Storksak Olivia

I love this bag. I actually had an old style Kate bag but it started to discolour quite badly and I think it was a one-off fault with the material.

I contacted Storksak customer services who were brilliant. I didn't have a receipt (as the Kate was a gift) but Storksak immediately emailed me a freepost label to send the bag back and contacted me the morning it arrived to arrange a replacement.

The Kate I had originally is no longer in stock so I opted for The Olivia (I did have to pay the difference which is fair enough).

It's a great bag and Storksak even put a free bottle / food holder (in addition to the one which comes with the bag). Overall I think Storksak products are great and I would definitely buy again and recommend to others. It's rare to find such good customer service these days so that is definitely an added bonus.

I have this bag in khaki and I love it. Perfect for both handbag items and all the baby stuff too. There are lots of compartments so you can keep things separate and the quality is really good. I've had lots of compliments on this bag, most people don't realise it's a change bag. I'm giving it 9/10 for functionality as the change mat that comes with the bag is a bit on the small side, but really that's me being very picky!

Great, stylish bag that can cram a lot into with lots of great pockets and compartments. I wanted a bag that wouldn't look cheap and this certainly doesn't!
