I totally love my slow-cooker, I think about 90% of the meals I cook come out of this thing!

"Wouldn't be without mine :-)…"

I have one of these, and find it invaluable as a single working mum to 3 children. I cook my roast chicken, roast lamb and my hamm joint in these overnight and they all just fall apart and are really moist. Would recommend this to everyone...couldn't be happier :-)

it is easy to clean and it actually cooks your food (unlike my previous slow cooker where the food i cooked was still raw when I got home)!

brilliant product, easy to use and an ideal companion to a busy lifestyle! I found so many slow cooker recipes online that really help on busy days and make the most from cheaper cuts of meat.

Can't fault this slow cooker - a good size to cook for our family (2 adults and 2 children) and very easy to clean. Has revolutionised my cooking.

This is a really useful slow cooker - and I'd second the idea of getting the large one. If there's one thing better than having a stew waiting for you when you come in from work/school, it's knowing there's enough to go in the freezer for another day.

17-Dec-2010
I bought one of these after having dropped the ceramic pot to a smaller slowcooker. At the time I was extremely annoyed but in fact the accident did me a favour.
The Breville does what it says on the tim. It doesn't have a host of fancy settings but it doesn't *need* them either. A low setting is perfect if you plan to be out for a really, really long time and the size is perfect not just for a larger family but for cooking for the freezer too.
I'm happy to recommend my Breville - I just hope I don't drop this one!Read moreLess4 people found this review helpful.

This is 6.5L and is a perfect size.
The settings are high, low and auto. Don't waste your money on a small one - get the bigger size and cook extra to freeze/use the next day.
There are hundreds of slow cookers available and this must be one of the best!Read moreLess2 people found this review helpful.
