Very powerful gas hob, easy to clean and looks good in New kitchen.
The oven capacity of both ovens is very good compared to other range cookers. Although I was very disappointed that a grill pan handle was not included, although this can be purchased as an extra. I would have thought that it would be normal to include this within the purchase price.
It also cooks faster on one side than other. For me, I didn't like the slide out shelves in the main oven, but that's personal preference and you can remove them.Read moreLess

"Worst purchasing decision our family has ever made…"
I have nothing good to say about this product, nor the after sales service we received from Stoves. If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that.
I am appalled that it is sold as a solid piece of equipment robust enough to withstand daily use for a variety of tasks. We are keen cooks but if I was relatively inexperienced and this had been the first oven I had ever purchased I would think there was something terribly wrong with my cooking.
The first thing we noticed was the uneven heat inside the oven, cakes do not cook evenly and to bake a sponge or cook Yorkshire pudding batter the maximum heat setting must be used and guesswork applied as to cooking times.
The fittings on the gas burners started to rust at about the same time as the finish on the dials started to peel off, after less than 6 months of use. They are made of plastic and liable to hurt if your finger catches one.
Stoves were contacted at this time and we were advised these were peripheral items and out of the scope of the guarantee. The digital radio we were told would be dispatched to us on their completion of our warranty also failed to appear. We were told it had been dispatched but they could not confirm it was actually sent to our address.
An engineer visited to check temperature and we were told if things were not being cooked correctly that was down to us, not the oven itself. We were invited to purchase replacement fittings at a total cost of approx £200. We could not afford this and were disappointed that while Stoves were aware of problems with fittings replacements were not included in the guarantee.
After about 1 year of use the enamel started to bubble where it met the viewing glass on the doors and the handles. At this time we noticed rust was appearing on the chrome handles. We were invited to purchase replacements but Stoves would not accept their product was subsandard. They are not at all helpful to deal with.
The clock has failed, the timer has never worked and we have had to replace door seals several times.
The fittings are impossible to clean, despite regular cleaning the shelf mechanisms have jammed so there is no assistance lifting heavy items from them.
Had we had an internet connection at the time of purchase I am sure we would have gone online and seen the unfavourable reviews and made a different purchasing decision. I wish we had. The large capacity oven suitable for daily use has been nothing but trouble. I was told that the problems with fittings was due to overuse...
We cannot even fit a standard sized roasting tin in either of the 2 main ovens and can only use one of the 2 grill pans supplied with the purchase as nothing seems to fit.
This oven cost more than £1,300 but is not in fact fit for purpose unless you only use the stove top, occasionally so as not to cause rust or erosion to other fittings. It is not robust enough for daily use and is not the family friendly piece of kit we thought we were buying. If you need consistent heat for baking the oven will not serve you well.Read moreLess
