"I couldn't live without it...…"
Best. Birthday. Present. Ever. Thanks Mum! I don't know how I ever baked without it. I'm quite lazy so it means I can just throw it all in and leave it. It's great for doing big batches, not so good for making 12 cupcakes. The kneading attachment is better than a bread machine. It's really heavy and sturdy and just wonderful.Read moreLess

"As sexy as the KitchenAid, but far more of a grafter.…"
KitchenAid is only 300 watts, this is 1000watts and was much less expensive.
I use the dough hook all the time for making bread, which I then put into proper loaf tins to cook - MUCH better than using the breadmaker, which can make bread soggy (and I don't like the shape of the loaf).
I keep it on my worktop for all to see, I use it regularly for bread, cakes, mashing spuds, mixing fishcakes/burger mix - all sorts!
I was very sceptical that anything could compete with the beauty of the Kitchen Aid, but this does and is far more heavyweight in terms of its power. Add to that it's a bargain and you have a wonder machine!
Love it.Read moreLess
