Sundown Adventureland

Why is this place so popular?
Its a very good concept, but it feels very dated and worn out. I was expecting it to be a bit rundown, but not to the state it was when we went.
The rides and attractions were very dirty and grubby looking, and hardly anything workrd properly.

Food was terrible, again I was expecting the usual served at these places, but this was dire beyond dire, even my OH (who lives on junk) found it inedible!

There didnt seem to be much to hold interest and my daughter found quite a few of the things intin=midating (as did I).

I could see it being brilliant if only they would refurb, and repaired stuff.

For 11 quid, it aint worth it

We took DD (4) and DS (2) to this park a month ago. It is excellent park for under 10s. The day was surprisingly stress free. It wasn't too crowded so we didn't have to queue for anything. The children had a ball. We went on a boat ride, a Robin Hood ride, a Sleigh ride and tractor ride. It is ideally set up for young children and we would definitely go back. Much better for the young ones than a big park like the pleasure beach.

This is an excellent value for money theme park for small children. However, if the children are 7+ the rides and attractions are very tame. There is plenty of nice areas for picnics but buying food on-site is not great.

A brilliant day out for the young ones. I have a 3 and a 2 year old and they both adored it, spent a whole day there which made it really good value for money. Rides are great for the age range, large sand play area, fairytale land, wild wild west.... All with loads to do. Huge indoor play centre which is great in itself. Will definitely be going back!

A brilliant children's theme park, friendly caring staff, excellent rides and attractions, and good inexpensive food. They have a new attraction called Crash Landings, an indoor play area and also a new Christmas ride for a truly memorable Santa visit.
