"This is a well laid out and fun farm to"
15-Jul-2010
This is a well laid out and fun farm to visit. There are feeding times throughout the day when little ones (and big ones too) have the chance to feed rabbits, chicks, lambs, kid goats. Then can also feed chickens at any time. The staff are friendly and well informed. There is also cuddle time when there is the opportunity to cuddle a guinea-pig, rabbits and chicks. As this is a working farm you can also watch the dairy herd being milked and then watch as the milk is turned into yummy ice-cream. There are plenty of other activities such as pony rides, barrel rides and tractor rides, on which you visit the red deer herd. A great day out for all the family.

"Situated on the Dundonald hills just a couple of miles"
10-Jul-2010
Situated on the Dundonald hills just a couple of miles from Belfast, this farm is ideal for a family day out with young kids. Pony, tractor and barrel rides are around £1.50 extra but great fun. Kids can feed and pet baby goats, lambs, chickens and rabbits. All manner of other animals are milling about the farm, including a sheepdog who does tricks! There is a lovely nature trail where you can see deer. The cafe serves its own made ice cream, and parents can sit with a latte and watch their little uns in the playground beside the cafe. Bliss!
