Robertsons the Larder Children's Farmyard

This is a small scale family-run children's farmyard. But is priced as so. It's attached to a farmshop, so we make an excuse to visit often. My pre-schoolers love it, and are probably target age group. The animals are in the best of health and full of personality. Our favourites are the Alpacas and the baby goat - which kept escaping on our first visit and accompanied us round the farm.

There is a huge sandpit, lots of mini diggers and a climing frame for the children to play in.

The food is amazing, buy a picnic and eat it there!
