"My DS (2.5) loves this working farm in the middle…"
My DS (2.5) loves this working farm in the middle of a housing estate next to Hampstead Heath. There are goats, sheep, horses, cows, a pig and chickens wandering round the yard. All the animals are very friendly and you can feed and stroke them all. There is a lovely fruit and veg garden with picnic table if you want to have a packed lunch.
The farm has an indoor play room with lots of toys.
There is no entry charge but the farm is a charity and relies on donations.
Hampstead Heath and the Parliament Hill Lido are a 5 minute walk away from the farm so you can combine a visit to the farm with a trip to the fabulous "Peggy Jay" playcentre, adventure playground, swimming Lido (weather permitting!) or heath cafe. There's usually an ice rink on the Heath in Winter too!Read moreLess
