"Great free day out for kids of all ages. From"

Great free day out for kids of all ages. From the cars of Balamory to trams and horse drawn carriages and fire engines there is something that will keep everyone entertained.
There is also always free activities during school holiday and the old fashioned street and cinema is well worth a look.
The museum has a cafe and gift shop and is across the road from the kelvingrove art gallery, so combined would make a great, free day out. Especially if combined with a picnic lunch in kelvingrove park :)Read moreLessMumsnetter Aimsmum
