"Great Place shame about the staff…"
Expensive, unless you take advantage of the Yearly pass and go more than 3 times in the year. Allowed unsupervised kids to queue for quad bikes, leave and rejoin the queue several minutes later, and when they got to the front were told to get their parents and join the queue at the back the Parents complained by walking onto the quad bike track and whinging to the staff member there. Staff member caved and allowed the kids to jump the queue and when other customers saw this they started complaining.
Duty Manager arrived and seemed to support the Queue jumping parents through body language and not interacting with them. Focusing only on the other parents.
Exhibits, animals and activities are good, but over all a bad experience due to the incident with bullying parents, it seems that the staff are told to cave in to please the bullies.Read moreLess

"This is a brilliant museum of farming life in Kent…"
This is a brilliant museum of farming life in Kent spread over 28 acres. There are old buildings (including a school) which have been relocated and rebuilt at the farm. There are farm animals. There are lots of activities to try out, plus play areas for letting off steam.
There is also a lovely tea room.
This entertained our 3 year old for a whole day, and would suit older children too.Read moreLess
