Great breastfeeding advice, wish I'd had this on day one. Goes through all the basics and potential problems step by step. It says on the back it's not a parenting book but there is a fair bit on cosleeping, attachment parenting and sling better than buggy which is definitely parenting advice! but she does qualify this with adding 'ignore my advice and do it your way'.
If you want a funny, easy to read and very informative BF book this is for you. I'm NOT a cosleeping babywearing attachment parenting mum but still enjoyed the book.Read moreLessMumsnetter pyjamalover

The least patronising and most empathetic parenting book I've read. Makes breastfeeding feel normal, achievable and enjoyable.

I thought this was one of the best books on baby care I'd read in a long time (and believe me I've done the rounds!)
Funny, supportive, packed with up to date information, this book celebrates motherhood without glossing over the sometimes difficult realities.
I would definitely recommend it to any new mother.Read moreLessMumsnetter MakeYerOwnDamnDinner
