Brilliant book with lots of great advice. Would have prefferred more photographs/pictures personnally which is what stopped it getting 5 stars, but the quality of the advice is really great. "Excellent diet advice!…"
There is some great, healthy diet advice in this book, and I have learned a lot about how to eat well and lose weight at the same time!
I haven't used the exercise advice as of yet (I'm still trying to motivate myself to get to the gym) but there is a lot of good advice in here on that too.

"Very helpful for losing weight…"
Being pregnant now I have started to take much more notice of my health and what I eat, and wanted a way to manage my weight without dieting, and I found it with this book! What sold it to me before I bought it was that it was written by a nurse. It is full of really helpful advice, not just on diet, but exercise and healthy living too! The author can be a little blunt at times, but to be honest it is hard to disagree with him. There is even a great chapter on excercising during and after pregnancy too which is perfect for me at the moment. Five stars, I'd give it six if I could! "Comprehensive health and diet book…"
This book covers everything! It tells you why all the fad diets you have been following are useless, it tells you how to eat a healthy diet to lose weight, is a guide to what exercise is good for you, and even has sections on health and exercise during and after pregnancy! If you want to lose weight and get rid of the flab, then you may as well do it the right way with proper advice from a qualified professional!Read moreLess
