"Great diet advice…"
I have tried so many diets, slimmers world and WW over the years and none of them have worked so I jumped on this when it said it was fad free, and it really is! This is just basic, honest advice and has some really great insites in it! The advice is simple, eat a healthy balanced diet and excercise, but this gives you all the ins and outs of what you need to know, the difference between body fat and weight, why carbs are good for you and why low carb diets are bad news, what all the nutrients and food groups you need in a good diet and so many more. I wish I had all of this knowledge before I started all the ww and slimmers world diets! I really would recommend this!Read moreLess

This is an amazing book that really isn't about fads! It is just simple, common sense advice with real medical knowledge behind it. It is written by a qualified nurse and gives great advice on eating a balanced healthy diet, not yo yo dieting or fads! I loved the myth busting section as well where all the diet myths are exposed and the facts given!Read moreLess
