Easy to read and really funny. Brilliant if you haven't got great chunks of time to read, ideal for short bursts; on the bus, waiting for the kettle to boil etc, etc ...

Brilliant! A really well written light read but so, so close to real family life, anyone who reads this is certain to recognize bits of their own family/relationships in this. Laugh out loud funny at times, everyone I lend this too has loved it even the mother-in-law and there is a very rude bit which I thought she would be shocked at! It's a necessary hilarious part of the book.
