The Food of Love, by Kate Evans

A great book for first time breastfeeding mums. I am still breastfeeding my 13 months old boy and I am very grateful to this book for all the useful, easy to understand facts and information about breastfeeding. Plus the author has a sense of humour, which makes this book a very easy and amusing read.
