I think I recognised part of what makes my mother tick in Fellowes' description of the British class system.

An intriguing look at the class system during the late 60's early 70s as this story follows the lives of some debutantes and beaus (as they were know). Looking back to the past, we follow one toff on a mission to discover the paternity of a rich, dying mans child....This is a fascinating read and very moving in places....Loved it!
