Hubble Bubble, by Christina Jones

Fantastic uplifting chicklit, Pure escapism.
Main Character is Mitzi Blessing. Mum of 2 daughters, divorced and now forced into retirement the book is essentially about how she faces life and starts her own business with the aid of her grandmas cook book. Contains loads about herbal medicine and aromatherepy but is not preachy about them.

All the heroines in Christina Jones' books are quirky, often rounded in body with great senses of humour and are easy to identify with. The men are pretty great too!

As you would expect from this wonderful author, you are left wanting more with a huge smile on your face. I think she has wirtten 18 books now with topics varying from horse racing and fairgrounds to wing walking, lorry driving and running a fireworks company!
