Family Camping Cookbook, by Tiff & Jim Easton

I am a keen outdoor cook. Many years cooking on wood fires with the Guides, both as a Guide and Leader have honed this passion. Though others tastes are very traditional, I am quite happy to try some more unusual camp fare (but not seafood). When I received a copy of this book through netgalley I was keen to give it a go. Though I'm not camping until the end of September I couldn't resist lighting a fire up in the garden and giving a few of these recipes a go.

The recipes in this book are very much suited to campers or outdoor cooks, meals that are warming and hearty, full of flavour and will make other campers envious of the beautiful aromas.
