Intended for babies and toddlers but not very healthy. Full of fried recipes and many need shop-bought shortcrust pastry (Annabel seems to lazy to make her own. It's very easy). The picture of the toddler eating veg sticks and pitta bread on the cover is very misleading. It also includes lots of muffin recipes- with lots of added sugar.
