"One of my favourite cook books…"

I'm not vegetarian but I wanted a book which would help me eat more healthily and give me good ideas for side dishes. This book is so inspiring and really well written. The recipes are clear and concise and eat one I have tried is delicious and healthy. Even my very carnivorous husband loves it.

I love this cookbook. It provides recipes for meals which you are able to make with storecupboard ingredients. My favourite cookbook.

"Really good and could genuinely use for every day…"

Bloody brilliant. I am a non-veggie omnivore with vegetable loathing veggie spouse and faddy toddler to feed. I found the book excellent because HFW approaches the food from the same angle as me ie how to replace your standard meat'n'two veg dinners etc with vegetarian dishes other than cheese on toast or yet another Quorn based meal. Really really really useful if you want a veggie cookbook to get some fresh ideas/inspiration. Bread recipe is boss.

Inspired from HFW. A whole book of tasty, do-able vegetarian recipes which can turn even the most headstrong carnivore to eating veg only meals 3 times a week. Great variety of dishes and styles, also using international flavours and influences. Simple, easy to follow, and most importantly utterly delicious. Oh, and very good for the budget as well. Thanks Hugh, it's a cracker.
