"I've been my 6-month old for a few weeks now"
05-Nov-2008
I've been my 6-month old for a few weeks now and I've found this book very useful so far. I've made a lot of the purees and frozen them and so far my baby loves them. I've been looking at the recipes and am tempted to try some of them now to see what they're like - so the recipes are straightforward enough or otherwise I'd be put off!

"I found this book very useful with lots of ideas"
31-Mar-2008
I found this book very useful with lots of ideas for food for a variety of ages. We still use some of our favourite toddler recipies now, even though ds nearly 3. Very good ideas on how to get a wide range of food in a suitable form, particularly for weaning stage.

"I found this a really good book for vegetarian food"
15-Feb-2008
I found this a really good book for vegetarian food for babies/toddlers/young children. I was tempted to try many of the ideas. It's good for providing ideas of things you might not have thought of, without being overly fussy or complicated.

"I found this book very useful for weaning vegetarian babies."
14-Feb-2008
I found this book very useful for weaning vegetarian babies. It's based on an Annabel Karmel model but about half of the Annabel Karmel recipes include meal. My babies and their friends particularly liked the Kicheri recipe for baby lentils and rice.

"I haven't started weaning my baby yet but I have"
16-Nov-2007
I haven't started weaning my baby yet but I have started practising recipes from this book. It has complete menu charts to help plan weaning - just like the Annabel Karmel Meal Planner. Published by the same publisher as AK Meal Planner, it's just as fun and informative but without the meat.
