This is a really interesting book for children of approximately five years and older. My son is in Year One at school and this book has helped him to learn many more words. It repeats words during the story making your child excited about the concept without realising that they have added some more words to their vocabulary. Overall it is fun, exciting story with large text - enjoyable for parent and child.

Fantastic easy to read story. My 2 year old could recite this before he even understood the words. Sam and Dad make a kite, but Sam is too small to fly it so Dad does - and then the kite flies off taking all sorts of people and animals with it. At the end Sam comes to the rescue - the kite needs someone just like him, not Someone Bigger. Great for any little ones who want to be bigger.
