We echo everything Houseofmirth said - we LOVE it in our house! Ours came with the DVD and is just such a lovely story it's on very frequently. A must have for a stressful day!

Some Dogs Do is a fantastic feelgood book and has been a firm favourite in our house since my son was about 20 months. My husband & I love reading it as much as our son. It has a fab, bouncy rhythm, great illustrations and a lovely, positive message of self-belief.

It explores themes of personal expression, that it's OK to be different from your friends and that authority figures should sometimes be questioned. It's also a good book to use to talk about emotions.

Its one of those books that spans several age groups and I'd say it'd be great for 2-5 year olds.
