"This is the mad-cap story of 12 year old Liam…"
This is the mad-cap story of 12 year old Liam who is very tall for his age. Not to mention the fact that he has a bit of stubble. As a result, he keeps being mistaken for a grown-up with some hilarious consequences. This leads him to a place where is the responsible adult on a secret mission in space and it's up to him to get everyone home. Although the story sounds way out, the book is really grounded in themes of what it means to be a father; being a grown-up; being a child and just how rare and precious our own planet is. It's a truly amazing book, funny and warm and perfect to share with your 9 - 11 year old. Reminiscent of Roald Dahl.Read moreLess
