"Too hard to clean…"
04-May-2012
Looks nice and was good for my DD who liked sitting in it in the reclined position before she was good at sitting up. BUT oh my god, the mess! It was nearly impossible to clean as the food got stuck everywhere. I got fed up with the constant faff having to clean it and flogged it. Got a booster seat instead, which was nice and easy to clean.

"We bought this as a second high chair for grandparents…"
02-Feb-2010
We bought this as a second high chair for grandparents house as the one they bought didn't have a seat post and our DD was constantly slipping down. I think this does everything you need of a high chair especially when compared to our much more expensive Chicco Polly. Lots of them available on ebay as it's a very popular second chair. Only problems we've found is that the foot rest is not high enough and the back can be difficult to secure in the upright position. Also not that easy to fold and unfold.

I have used two of these chairs, one for my daughter and later on one for my son. They are solid and very comfortable, but food gets EVERYWHERE inside and underneath the covers which are not that easy to remove. But my main concern was that the adjustable backrest is not that solid - both mine used to rock back and forth in the chair and both of them broke the back mechanism, sending them flying backwards - not very safe! It's a nice chair, but if you have a mobile or active baby, it may not be that safe.

Fantastic product, can't fault it - have used it for both my children and it will easily last me for a third.
Easy to clean, very comfortable for small babies thanks to high back rest, very safe, has removable tray (very important) and can even be used at table without tray for those 'inclusive' family meals. Nice colours, great price.
Highly recommended.Read moreLessMumsnetter Swiffly

"I bought this for my son when he was 6…"
07-Oct-2008
I bought this for my son when he was 6 months old. It appealed to me due to the fact it had 3 seat positions as my little boy wasn't sitting up when we bagan his weaning.
Its a good highchair, although I have never used the toy basket underneath as im sure it would be full of food in no time! It has a 5 point harness which is good for wriggly children and I think for the size of it it folds up fairly small. The covers and harness are removable, which is great when they are really grubby and need a good clean. The seat cover is easy to clean and is nice and padded. It is a little tricky to fold up and open again. As one other person said, you would need 2 hands to do it.
The only other problem I have is that I find their are loads of little crevices to get food stuck in, particularly in the hinges where the chair folds.
Apart from that, its a great highchar, and well worth the money.Read moreLessMumsnetter vicki1982

This high chair is brilliant. I wanted a high chair for my son when he was 5 months old and I struggled to find one within budget with something between his legs so he couldn't slip out. This also has a 5 point harness! It comes in lots of designs and holds its price very well at

This is the mid priced version of the top of the range Chicco highchairs and comes in quite a few colours and themes. I feel it is brilliant value for money - we got ours for

"I have had this highchair since my son was four…"
20-Aug-2007
I have had this highchair since my son was four months old. He is now three and still using it. It has three seat positions and is very comfy. We don't just use it for eating, my son sits in it to play, colour and watch tv. I wash the cover regularly and there are few hidden parts for food to get lost in. I have removed the storage basket though as this did get dried up old peas in it! The only thing I don't do is fold it as I am lucky enough to have room to keep it up all the time and it is big but I don't mind as I use it so much.
