This is a great product study and stylish, so easy to use and great build quality. Brother Max are so easy to deal with if you do have any queries or problems with any of their products. We have had the scoop since LO was 6 months old, she was a bit miffed to be bumped out when baby 2 came along, and still asks to be allowed to use it sometimes even though she' nearly big enough to use a grown up chair. It still looks great too mostly because it is so easy to keep clean. Not having to use straps and clips when the little darling is shouting at you for lunch is a real plus. We have received so many positive comments on how it works and looks our midwife even bought one for her granddaughter. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a permanent high chair

I was all geared up to give this highchair a perfect 10 as it really is quick to assemble, feels very sturdy and high quality and looks great as well as being easy to clean (apart from one little rectangular hole where the harness could be right down the bottom at the back of the chair). It's super easy to adjust and the tray is the ideal shape and size to allow my 5 month old ds to play comfortably without losing his toys every two seconds. It's base is large but easy to move because of the castors. And the clip you open and close to fit the tray in isn't the easiest to use at the top. That's the only negative. I'd buy this chair again and we both love it.

Fabulous! I bought it when my daughter was 4.5 months and she was fine in it with the seat insert.
It is sooo easy to clean, stylish, and will last for years turning into a seat.
Granted it is an investment, but as it lasts so long and is someasy to clean it is worth every penny. Love it!
Company is also really easy to deal with and very helpful.Read moreLess1 person found this review helpful.

"I recently aquired a Scoop highchair which is perfect from…"
19-Sep-2011
I recently aquired a Scoop highchair which is perfect from 6 months (with the use of an insert ) right up to 5 years old .As a mum this is a massive bonus in itself as it means I don't have to keep buying new chairs for different stages of my little boy's development. The chair itself is so easy to assemble roughly 5 minutes with its concise step by step instructions.
My little boy is 19 months with mobility problems who needs to sit upright to help and improve his posture. The highchair we had didn't meet these requirements and I have spent hours researching suitable highchairs for him. That was until I saw the Scoop highchair it definitely ticked all the right boxes and the bonus was it looked ultra modern with a hint of retro chic. The great thing for me was not only did it support him well its very easy to keep clean which due to him being asthmatic is imperative to me. I also found that he couldn't escape from his highchair as the ergonomic shape of the chair and the use of the table kept him firmly in place. So not only was he comfortable but very safe as well .
When his Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist first saw it they were amazed and agreed it was the perfect chair for him. They liked the fact that it offered the lumbar support he needed and allowed him to stay upright. It has a foot rest that is adjustable which is great for my son as he needs his legs and feet to be supported and with its wide base that offers stability gave me peace of mind that no matter how much he thrashes about he cannot tip the chair over. I love the fact that this chair will now grow with my son till he is at least 5 years old.
Features
The table moves away to allow easier access to the child - just press the switch underneath the table to move it, or it can be completely removed .
Ultra hygenic design means all the chair can be easily cleaned with no dirt traps .
Height can be easily adjusted by the use of the effortless pneumatic lift.
Can be used with or without a harness (supplied ) as the table helps keep the child in place.
Rotates 360 degrees for ease of use
Has smooth gliding castors allowing the chair to be easily moved
Fully adjustable foot rest
Quick release mechanism that is not only child proof but hidden as wellRead moreLess3 people found this review helpful.

we've been using this high chair since my daughter was 6 months, she's 20 months now. It's easy to clean, very durable, looks fabulous and more importantly it's comfortable and she loves it. The only down side is that I find it difficult to move, but, I am not that tall. The OH thinks that it's easy enough.
It will be staying in our house for years to come as a bar stool in the kitchen for her.Read moreLessMumsnetter JessiDenmark

I cannot recomend this chair highly enough, everything about it is fabulous, the look, the ease of use. How comfy my baby looks in it.
There really is no mess, no dirty straps, no hidden toast fingers lurking in the crevices of the highchair. It looks so stylish, every person who has seen it has commented on how great it is.
Yes it's pricey, but you will have it for 5 years and I can bet it will still be as clean, can you say that about a £20 one, that has to be scrubbed clean after every meal ?Read moreLessMumsnetter 49pence

I am actually in love with my sons new scoop highchair!! Not only does it look stunning in my kitchen, its also so easy to clean. This is such a blessing as my youngest son Leo has just started weaning and so food is often flying through the air! Also my older son Ryan uses it as a stool to sit up at the kitchen table and do his paintings, which is completely unexpected bonus that just wouldn't happen with other designs. Obviously it is more expensive than some other designs, but i do really see it as money well spent because i know it will still be being used in my kitchen for at least another 5 years..

Love this. We wanted something that was practical (like the fact there are no places for food to get caught) and the straps are washable and come out for washing so easy. And with something you use so much - more than a car seat/buggy we wanted something that would last and looked good too (it does make feeding even more fun - promise!)I watched the feature on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqzhdjPn4z8. Our little boy seems really comfortable in it and doesn't squawk putting him in it like he does the spare one which is the straps over the shoulder one we keep at my parents (the straps are really secure and just go round his waist on the brother max). The fact they are in it till around 5 years old (the insert is really easy to take out) makes the perhaps slightly higher price tag worth it because we don't have to buy another one and not fuss about with booster seats which we didn't want to spoil our leather backed dining chairs with. Also we thought as you can change the colour of the insert for less than

"We had read reviews about the Bloom and were put…"
31-Dec-2010
We had read reviews about the Bloom and were put off by a reoccurring problem, this is a similar design, slightly cheaper and many of the advantages.
The main attraction was the fact that it will last as a breakfast bar stool until the child is 5 years old. As it's a high backed stool basically I can imagine us actually using it in years to come without the tray and harness.
For now though our baby is a wobbly 6 month old who can sit with support and the liner is nicely padded and keeps him in position. The harness doesn't restrict his arms moving so BLW will be easier.
The chair is one piece of moulded plastic so no gaps to get crumbs caught in.
Overall I am very impressed and the LO seems delighted to join in the mayhem that is mealtimes with 4 children.Read moreLess1 person found this review helpful.
