Prices from Friday night to Monday morning are on self-catering basis, including use of the Subtropical Paradise swimming complex, children's outdoor play areas and any free children's entertainment. All other facilities cost extra. Accommodation is in villas with two people per room - all have cooking facilities. There are three levels of villas with the two bedroom Comfort level villa starting at £335 for a weekend in low season.

The Time Out Clubhouse for children from three months to seven years is registered with Ofsted and staffed by nursery nurses. Sessions are two or three hours long and cost a nominal amount. There is a Time Out Zone and Virtual Zone for children eight to 14 years.
