Jessica Ennis-Hill's top tips for exercising during pregnancy

Olympic gold-medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill is pregnant with her first child - congratulations Jess!

She came in to the Towers recently for a webchat, and while she was here we quizzed her on her top tips for staying fit during pregnancy, and some easy-peasy exercises you can do at home. Have a look!


Tempting as it is to park yourself on the sofa with a large box of chocs for the duration, there are plenty of benefits to staying active - and lots of bump-friendly exercises you can do to keep in shape.
