Sure Compressed deodorants

Unilever is committed to developing great products - but it wants them to have the smallest possible impact on the environment, while still offering the same unbeatable value to families.

They say good things come in small packages, and in the fight against climate change this is certainly proving to be true. Compressing Sure's deodorant packaging has already saved 16,600 tonnes of CO2 from entering our atmosphere - but it's a fight that Unilever cannot face alone. 

With approximately three billion aerosols sold around the world every year, the need for developing more eco-friendly cans led Unilever to the discovery of a new technology. This means it can now produce deodorants that use less energy and fewer raw materials to help lower greenhouse gas emissions. 

Compressed deodorants use on average 25% less packaging and 50% less gas, but still provide the same amount of protection in each spray (and last just as long!). The 250ml cans have been reduced to 125ml, and the old 150ml cans have been reduced to 75ml - this is better for the environment and more convenient for you.
