Is your child great at gardening? Or have a dab hand at DIY? If so, be sure to enter B&Q's competition for them to become a DIY or Gardening Ambassador, and become Young Gardener or Young DIYer of the year 2012! Plus, the chance to win an iPad, a selection of tools and a family day-trip to an activity centre. 

The competition runs until 6 May and will be judged by an expert panel featuring the nation's favourite celebrity gardener Alan Titchmarsh and architect and Channel 4 presenter, George Clarke.

One entrant from each category will eventually win the coveted title, and the ambassadorship will last for one year. 

How to enter: To enter, visit diy.com/youngambassador, complete the registration form and upload a picture of your child's gardening or DIY project and a brief description of how they did it.
