1 chicken breast
1 handful sweetcorn
1 handful cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter, melted
- Preheat grill, and cut chicken in half sideways so you have two flat pieces.
- Dip the chicken in the melted butter and place on grill tray (or baking tray) lined with tin foil.
- Grill both sides until cooked through then top with sweetcorn and cheese and grill again until the cheese is melted.
I serve with mash and veg but you could serve it with anything you fancy.
