5 tbsp brown sugar, heaped
5 stalks rhubarb
4 tbsp margarine, heaped
5 tbsp plain flour, heaped
- Wash then chop your rhubarb into 2 to 3cm chunks.
- Place in a pyrex bowl and sprinkle with the brown sugar then stir together.
- In another bowl mix the flour, 4 heaped dessert spoons of marg and the rest of your sugar. Rub mixture together with fingers until looks like bread crumbs.
You can just keep mixing the crumble mixture with a spoon to avoid messy hands!
