  • 500g parsnips

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


<ol> <li>Parboil parsnips in boiling water for 10 minutes.</li> <li>Put into a shallow tin or baking dish, pour over maple syrup and bake in oven.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Shake the pan with parsnips in to make a little fluffy.</p>
