Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp runny honey

  • 1/2 pints plain yoghurt

  • 1 handful ice cubes

  • 1 handful frozen raspberries

  • 2 banana

Method

  1. Blitz together in a blender and serve.

Handy Hint

Use any frozen soft fruit. I like raspberries best but subsitute any or a mix if your have them.
Good way of using those overripe bananas that the kids would refuse to eat thanks to the dreaded black bits…
