  • 1 splash milk (use enough to make a thick batter, and use soy if dairy-free)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 125g sugar

  • 95g buckwheat flour

  • 1 banana grated


<ol> <li>Combine dry ingredients.</li> <li>Add banana, pour in milk and stir until thick batter.</li> <li>Cook in a crepe/heavy non-stick frying pan on low/medium until bubbles start to form.</li> <li>Flip, cook until lightly browned both sides.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Will keep overnight and can be warmed up in toaster or grill. great with greek yoghurt and berries</p>
