Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast minced

  • 1 handful parsley chopped

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 pinch mixed pepper (to season)

  • 2 apples chopped into small pieces

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Flour the table and make the mix into burger shapes.
  3. Coat burgers in flour.
  4. Put in fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Grill until browned and cooked through.
