Ingredients

  • 0.5 onion very finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tin salmon

  • 300g potatoes

  • 1 knob butter

Method

  1. Boil and mash potatoes with knob of butter.
  2. Mix in onion, ketchup and salmon.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Then either: bake in oven on greased tray at 170C for 20 minutes turning once, or roll in cornmeal and fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
