1 chilli, crushed (to taste)
1 pinch paprika
4 sweet potatoes, chopped into wedges
- Heat the oven to 200C.
- Cover the sweet potatoes in olive oil, then add the paprika and a small amount of chillies.
- Put them into the oven for 40 minutes.
- Leave for at least 5 minutes to cool before eating.
This is great as a side or part of a meal.
Make sure the wedges are covered in oil but not soaked.
