Ingredients

  • 1 chilli crushed (to taste)

  • 1 pinch paprika

  • 4 sweet potatoes chopped into wedges

Method

<ol> <li>Heat the oven to 200C.</li> <li>Cover the sweet potatoes in olive oil, then add the paprika and a small amount of chillies.</li> <li>Put them into the oven for 40 minutes.</li> <li>Leave for at least 5 minutes to cool before eating.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>This is great as a side or part of a meal. <br />Make sure the wedges are covered in oil but not soaked.</p>
