Ingredients

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 handful fruit, eg blueberries, chopped banana, grated pear

  • 120g self-raising flour

  • 230ml milk

Method

  1. Whisk together the flour, salt, egg and milk.
  2. Add the fruit.
  3. Melt some butter in a frying pan.
  4. Put a spoonful of batter in and fry on each side until golden.
  5. Serve with greek yoghurt and honey.
