1 pinch salt
1 handful fruit, eg blueberries, chopped banana, grated pear
120g self-raising flour
- Whisk together the flour, salt, egg and milk.
- Add the fruit.
- Melt some butter in a frying pan.
- Put a spoonful of batter in and fry on each side until golden.
- Serve with greek yoghurt and honey.
