Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon, (optional)

  • 65g white sugar

  • 85g butter or margarine, melted

  • 125g digestive biscuits, finely ground into crumbs

Method

  1. Mix digestive biscuit crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended.
  2. Press mixture into an 8” or 9” pie plate.
  3. Bake at 190C for 7 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about an hour.
