1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
65g white sugar
85g butter or margarine melted
125g digestive biscuits finely ground into crumbs
- Mix digestive biscuit crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended.
- Press mixture into an 8” or 9” pie plate.
- Bake at 190C for 7 minutes. Allow to cool.
- If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about an hour.
