1 chicken breast, poached and cut into small pieces
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 bag frozen peas
140 g pasta shapes
1 apple, crunchy; grated coarsely
- Cook the pasta, adding the peas for the last couple of minutes. Drain, then rinse with cold water.
- Stir everything together in a bowl - the juice from the apple will help thin the dressing.
I imagine leftover chicken would do fine as well.
