Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 pint vegetable stock

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 green pepper chopped

  • 1 tsp dried sage

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2-3 bags quorn pieces

  • 1 tin cannellini beans

  • 8-10 mushrooms quartered

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the casserole and cook for 2-3 hours on medium or until all veggies are tender and sauce has reduced.

Handy Hint

serve with new potatoes or you can halve them and stick them in the casserole with more water
