Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 pint vegetable stock

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 green pepper chopped

  • 1 tsp dried sage

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2-3 bags quorn pieces

  • 1 tin cannellini beans

  • 8-10 mushrooms quartered

Method

<ol> <li>Put all the ingredients in the casserole and cook for 2-3 hours on medium or until all veggies are tender and sauce has reduced.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>serve with new potatoes or you can halve them and stick them in the casserole with more water</p>
