1/2 tsp sugar
1 kg chicken wings, with or without skin
4 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp lemon juice
- Put a bit of oil in a wok then add the chicken wings. Cook the wings on a medium heat until they are lightly golden brown.
- Check the chicken is cooked thoroughly, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Now mix sweet and sour sauce, lemon juice, ketchup and sugar together.
- Pour the mixture over chicken wings. Heat the wok up again so the wings and sauce are hot. Serve immediately with fresh salad.
