  • 1kg sausage meat good-quailty

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 tbsp dried sage heaped

  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs heaped


<ol> <li>Combine the breadcrumbs with the onion and sage in a large mixing bowl, stir in the boiling water and mix together.</li> <li>Add the sausage meat and seasoning, and mix well.</li> </ol>
