Ingredients

  • 4 tsp mayonnaise

  • 8 tsp natural yoghurt

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 2 pinches thyme

  • 2 pinches oregano

Method

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and the yoghurt.
  2. Crush a clove of garlic and add to the mixture.
  3. Season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the oregano and thyme and mix.

Handy Hint

Gorgeous if eaten with ready salted crisps, particularly Kettle Chips! The dip can be eaten immediately, but is best if left to stand in the fridge for 30 minutes.
