  • 1 tin condensed chicken soup, undiluted

  • 225g shortcrust pastry

  • 120ml gravy

  • 225g frozen peas, cooked

  • 3 carrot, cooked

  • 340g turkey, cold, diced

  • 1 splash Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp mustard


  1. Mix all ingredients together (except pastry) in a 2-pint pie dish.
  2. Cover with pastry.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 200C/Gas Mark 6.

    I make a similar pie to this but change the peas for chunky - chopped leeks! It's lovely!

    This is a recipe that my Nanna gave to me and we have it every year on Boxing Day, it's really easy and yummy, great to use up all that turkey!
