  • 1 clove garlic peeled and crushed

  • 100g prawns

  • 500g papardelle pasta

  • 80g pitted green olives

  • 2 spring onions

  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 Parmesan (to taste)


<ol> <li>Cook the papardelle pasta according to pack instructions, and when done mix through a glug of olive oil.</li> <li>Saute garlic in a glug of olive oil.</li> <li>Add prawns, stir for 30 seconds, then add the pasta.</li> <li>Stir well, then add tomatoes and olives</li> <li>Chop spring onions, add to the pasta.</li> <li>Serve sprinkled with parmesan</li> </ol>
