  • 1 lime juiced

  • 235ml plain yoghurt

  • 400g chicken skinless, boneless, cut into pieces

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 handful fresh coriander chopped

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds


<ol> <li>Crush the coriander and cumin seeds with a pinch of salt.</li> <li>Stir into the yoghurt with the lime juice.</li> <li>Add the chicken pieces and leave to marinade in fridge for at least four hours.</li> <li>Grill until golden and serve with garnish of fresh coriander.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Thread onto skewers for tasty kebabs or serve in warm pitta bread with minty yoghurt dressing. Also great party/picnic food when made with chicken wings or niblets.</p>
