Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 tin chickpeas

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients together and place in a blender. Whizz until smooth.
  2. If still stiff, add another table spoon of olive oil, and serve on toast fingers, with carrots, etc.

Handy Hint

Yum yum don't eat it all yourself!
