2 egg yolk
150g caster sugar
225g plain flour
- Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add beaten egg yolks to the mixture and mix.
- Stir in flour and then mix with hands to form a dough.
- Roll on floured surface to about 1/4 inch.
- Cut out shapes, dust with a little sugar and place on greased tray.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden.
They are also nice with raisins added.
